Es Profesor al Mérito de la Universidad Católica Boliviana “San Pablo” (UCB La Paz) desde 2017 y Académico Número 11 de la Academia Boliviana de Ciencias Económicas (ABCE, La Paz) desde 2004. Es Profesor a tiempo completo de Maestrías para el Desarrollo (MpD) desde 1995 y Director de la Maestría en Gestión y Políticas Públicas (GPP) desde 2004. GPP tiene la posición 12 en el ranking de los Top 20 Eduniversal Best Masters de Latino América en Administración Pública en 2022 y la posición 11 en 2021.
